During the initial consultation, we will discuss medical history, symptoms, and health goals. Forms and questionnaires will be sent via email prior to the appointment for completion. Labs will be ordered to be drawn at a local lab of choice after the appointment. Patients may use insurance or receive a discounted price on labs if paying out of pocket. A follow up appointment will be scheduled to review lab results and initiate treatment.

• $175 consult fee can be applied to treatment plan/prescription weight

• If for any reason your lab results or medical history precludes you from treatment, $50 of your consultation fee will be refunded.
