During the initial consultation, we will discuss medical history, symptoms,  health goals, lab results, and treatment recommendations. Forms and questionnaires will be sent via email prior to the appointment for completion. Labs will be ordered to be drawn at LabCorp (or Quest if preferred) prior to the appointment. Patients may use insurance or receive a discounted price on labs if paying out of pocket.

• $175 consult fee can be applied to treatment plan or package.
• If for any reason your lab results or medical history precludes you from treatment, $50 of your consultation fee will be refunded.

All patients receive a 10% discount on supplements through FullScript.

Introductory GLP1  12 Week Program $1095

Includes monthly virtual or in person visits, dietary and exercise counseling, tracking app, and weekly medication.
